Freda Changat
Freda Changat is a native of Bontoc, Mountain Province. She finished Mass Communications at Saint Louis University, Baguio City and earned her TESOL certificate at TEFL International, Barcelona. She teaches English to Catalan and Spanish students and also does a research on the contributions of the overseas migrants to the development of the Cordillerans.
She is also connected with IGO- Igorot Global Organizations and currently the Coordinator of BIBAK Barcelona, Spain. (BIBAK stands for the six provinces of the Cordillera Administrative Region: Benguet, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Apayao, Abra and Kalinga).
Juan P. Vegezzi
Juan P. Vegezzi has a degree in Journalism and a master in Radio and Television. He worked as a Scriptwriter at various TV stations in Spain such as TVE, Antena 3, Telemadrid and Tele 5. He was the editor in chief of the magazine AireLibre and has also collaborated with various publications. In 1995, he was hired as external consultant by Instituto Cervantes de Manila. Since then he has been involved in the Filipino community in Spain and has published various articles about the Philippines, which he also visits frequently.

Grace Liza Concepcion
After finishing her studies at the University of Asia and the Pacific (Manila), Grace worked as project manager for Philippine and South African NGOs that specialize in skills development and employability for women. She pursued her Honors degree in English in South Africa and has just finished her MA in History at the University of Navarre. Her research was about the 19th century Philippine colonial society. She plans to work in the Philippine academia and do more research on 19th century Southeast Asia.
